Jay has a bachelors degree in Business Administration from Auburn University, a Masters of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and is a Doctorate in Ministry from Reformed Theological Seminary in Orlando. Jay currently serves as Executive Pastor at Carmel Baptist Church in Charlotte, NC.
